Delivery Information

Where we deliver:  We deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Delivery services:

We guarantee standard delivery service on all orders: normally 1 - 5 working days (available for most but not all of the items we sell, so please check individual product pages when you place an order).

Guranteed next working day delivery (order before 1pm) is available subject to additional charge - please phone 0203 637 5059 for details.

Orders are not dispatched at the weekend.

Please note the following:

Order cut-off for all delivery services is 1pm (UK time). Orders placed after 1pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.

Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 1pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

Delivery will be through Royal Mail, Parcel Force, UPS, City Link, DX, TNT or Speedshift.

Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.

All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

We keep you informed:

Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email to confirm that we have received your order.

Once your order has been accepted and dispatched we will where possible send a dispatch notification email confirming that your order has been processed. This email contains your order details, tracking information as well as your selected delivery method. Please make sure that the email address on your order is correct and that the email has not been directed to a spam folder.

Changes to your order:

Once your order has been prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address. If you have any questions, please use the contact form or phone our Customer Service.

Tracking your order:

On the Account page you can view the current status of your order, view the items ordered and tracking details of delivery.
