Description: Insulation panel fixings are used for fixing rigid and semi - rigid insulation boards to external solid walls. Plug is made from polypropylene, the metal pin is finished with plastic head. It offers high fixing thicknesses and no thermal bridging.

Suitable for concrete, natural stone, solid brick, perforated bricks, hollow blocks and aerated concrete. Minimum depth of anchoring in bearing substrates 40 mm, 60 mm in perforated and hollow bricks. Thermal impact anchor with galvanised steel nail and special plastic head.

The fixing anchors are placed at each corner and T-joints of the insulation boards with one anchor in the middle of each board (6 anchors /m²) or two evenly spaced through the horizontal middle line (8 anchors /m²). The anchors should line up with the adhesive mortar dots and strips behind the insulation board.
